At age 25, Sean was not in good health! Carrying over 20 extra pounds due to bad food choices, he felt awful. Smoking a pack of cigarettes each day and working long hours did not help either.
With a family history of diabetes and high blood pressure, Sean knew he had to make a change. That change came after he and his wife welcomed their first child into the world. He had to set a good example for his child and needed energy to keep up.
He quit smoking, started running, and trying to eat better but needed something more. The results were not coming. That’s when he found Shaun T’s Insanity. Even though Insanity is one of the hardest at-home workouts, he decided to do it anyway. The Insanity schedule and nutrition plan helped him stay focused.
Sean got his butt kicked good by Insanity! Even the warm up got him sweating up a storm for the first time in his life. He couldn’t imagine what the rest of the workout would be like. The 3-minute circuits followed by a 30-second rest were intense! From plyometrics to cardio and body weight training, this was just what Sean needed to lose those extra pounds.
Although Sean was not always a workout junkie, he is now! And, yes, it’s a better addiction than cigarettes or junk food. This is one challenging fitness program that really works if you are committed to it.
After 2 rounds of Shaun T’s Insanity, Sean is at it again, this time doing a P90X hybrid and loving it. Now he is getting ready for Insanity : The Asylum (click here to order!)
This is one at-home fitness program is exactly what it promises. If you want a rock solid body and intense cardio, get Insanity.
