Slim in 6 Success Story

I found Slim in 6 with Debbie Siebers. Slim in 6 is a 6-week fitness program geared toward losing weight and toning muscles. Debbie Siebers is a well-respected fitness trainer since the early 1990′s and clearly knows her stuff when it comes to getting fitness results.

Do you feel like you are exercising but get no results? That is where I was just a few months ago. I worked out at a gym several days a week but got no results. My exercise routine was not was not working and the gym was inconvenient due to:

  • Gross, germ infested gym
  • Too much time spent driving, parking, and waiting on workout machines.

I needed a change and researched various home work out DVD’s. I needed workout that delivered results without being too intense.

In Slim in 6, Debbie uses a technique she created called Slim Training, which combines fat burning cardio moves with light resistance training so you slim and tone instead of build and bulk up.

Slim in 6 is not a “trendy” highly intense fancy workout – it’s just you and a resistance band doing a great workout that is straightforward and easy to follow.

Slim in 6 Fitness is customizable so that any range of individuals can benefit. It also allows you to progress at your own pace. Although I am still using the basic Slim in 6 Program, I look forward to mixing it up with the Slim in 6 Deluxe and Slim Series work out DVDs.

Nutrition plays an important part in getting results so I started drinking Shakeology to jump start my weight loss, help with my energy and fill in the gaps of my nutritional deficits. The food that goes into your body is your fuel, so eating better and healthier will help your muscles grow and burn off the fat much faster.
