Insanity Product Review

My copy of Shaun T’s Insanity recently arrived.  While I’m definitely looking forward to being in some very, very great shape, I’m also a little scared of the workouts.  Folks, this stuff is intense!

Anyway, I wanted to do a quick article about the actual product itself.

When I start the program, I intend to write at least one article on each workout to let you know exactly what is involved in them and how I feel during them, so it only fits to begin with a product review.

I have to hand it to Beachbody, as they definitely hit a homerun with the packaging of Insanity.  It’s much higher quality than the cardboard sleeve wallet case which comes with P90X.  It looks like a big book, and it acts like one as well.  There are two DVD’s per page, and each “page” of this “book” looks to be about a quarter of an inch thick.  It’s SO much easier to insert and remove DVD’s because the pages are so thick and strong.

Brazil Butt Lift is the latest Beachbody fitness program from Leandro Carvalho!

I wanted to give a review of Tony Horton’s Ten Minute Trainer because people have asked me if it really works.

My experience:  I lost 20 pounds in a month an half by committing to Tony Horton’s Ten Minute Trainer and changing my diet.

Here’s how:  Improve your diet and commit to Tony Horton’s Ten Minute Trainer for at least one month.  Improving your diet can be pretty simple, actually, and you will NOT get the results you want if you don’t.  You can get some results, but they won’t be as dramatic as you want.
